O can highly recommend Simon and his crew from Ace Power Washing. They have restored a limestone staircase of the slippery green algae. Steps looks like new and are safe to walk. Work was done very professionaly, also all of the stains behind the glass railing was cleaned off. I got the quote before hand and there have been no surprises budget wise. Simon and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning my stone pool deck, basement stairshad some green stains, gone. They did, retaing wall behind the pool and granite copings. I recently moved into a newly built townhouse in Richmond Hill and hired Ace Power Washing to address efflorescence and red clay stains on the exterior brick. Their professionalism and attention to detail were very impressive. They used a chemical treatment to remove the efflorescence and were able to clean the red clay stains on the side of the townhouse without damaging any of the surrounding plants. It was clear they were careful and experienced with this type of work. I also appreciated the precautions they took around the property. They carefully covered the AC unit to protect it from the cleaning chemicals and worked methodically around the home. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the results made a big difference to the appearance of the townhouse. I hired Ace Power Washing for a post-construction clean on our newly built property,which included Indiana limestone and granite landing.Shortly after installation, we started noticing heavy efflorescente staining-white,chalky runofg that completely took away from the natural look of the stone. Ace approached the job with a proper chemical treatment rather than aggressive pressure,which was critical given how sensitive limestone can be.They carefully treated the surfaces, removed the efflorescence stains,and restored the original colorand finish without any damage or decoloration. What stood out most was their attention to detail and understanding of natural stone. They informed me about the effects of the cleaning to set the expectations right,not wishful.
